Click & Collect

We are very happy to say that if you need your goods in a hurry then we offer a click and collect service. Once you have checked out on our website please wait for us to get in contact in order to confirm goods are ready for collection.

There is no fee for a collection.

Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 per order and we delivery to mainland UK only. Goods wil be dispatched via Royal Mail and should be with you within 4-7 working days.

Our express option is £9.99 per order and once again is to mainland UK only. This will be with you in 2-3 working days.

All goods are sent on a tracked service with Royal Mail. You will be emailed a tracking number when order is dispatched.

Returns

At Arnie’s of Essex customer satisfaction Customer satisfaction is our priority, which means that if you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days from the date that you received your goods, as long as the item(s) has not been used and the tags are still attached for a full no-quibble refund. Items will have to be in complete original packaging.

Should you change your mind about a purchase, we will give you a full refund, but in this instance, customers are required to cover the return postage costs.

How to return an item:
When you carefully repackage the item, please send it back to:

We kindly ask that you include your order number and reason for return when returning an item(s).

Please return the item(s) with sufficient postage to cover the cost of the delivery in its original packaging. If the packaging cannot be used, then please use the most suitable packaging.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s).

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team via email info@arniesofessex.co.uk

Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded as per your instruction and in both cases, the cost of returning the item(s) will be refunded to you.
